  • Watch app functionality depends on iPhone connectivity

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Luxe Project is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to this data collection and processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Luxe Project, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, algorithms, and software, are owned by Luxiphos and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure Luxe Project is available continuously, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to:

  • Game Center features and leaderboards
  • iCloud synchronization services
  • Apple Watch connectivity
  • App Store availability

8. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Project is provided for entertainment purposes only. We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on coin flip results
  • Any gambling or wagering activities
  • Loss of game data or statistics
  • Technical issues with connected devices

9. Termination
